Gerry O’Brien was a visionary, straight shooter and instrumental in the company’s evolution into a commercial real estate development company. Gerry graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Psychology and shortly afterwards, joined his brothers Mark & Tim O’Brien at Mark Three. Jerry oversaw the development of the company’s first concrete tilt-up warehouse in Stockton, CA. Shortly thereafter, Gerry spearheaded the company’s expansion into Texas, spending 12 years in El Paso where he managed development of warehouse projects near the U.S.-Mexico border.
Gerry loved to learn and was extremely intelligent. He passed away in 1991 and made a lifelong impact on his family, friends, and Mark Three.
