Mark III Asset Management is pleased to announce that it has recently leased 8655 Younger Creek Drive in Sacramento, California, to a national building supply company.  

The recently renovated 36,000-square-foot industrial building features 4,000 amps of 480/277-volt 3-phase power, four loading docks, five grade-level doors, electronic secured access and electric fence. Additionally, the building features a newly constructed 1,151 square foot office with breakroom.  

Mark III Asset Management purchased the property in August 2024 and completed an extensive renovation as part of its value-add investment strategy, including the demolition of existing improvements, construction of a new office and breakroom, and other capital improvements.  

Tommy Ponder and George Vrame represented Mark III Asset Management in the transaction. Mike Smith and Cole Cummings with Newmark represented the tenant.
